PENGUKURAN DAN MONITORING LAYANAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DI DLTI UNIVERSITAS KRISTEN MARANATHA

Abstract

Maranatha Christian University is one of the Christian Universities which has been exist in Bandung since 1965 until now when the era is progessing fast technology. To fulfill the need of Information Technology, Maranatha Christian University has made an institution called Direktorat Layanan Teknologi Informasi (DLTI) which will handle or solve Information Technology’s problems in Maranatha Christian University, with the era growth DLTI has some services to fulfill the students, lecturers, and other staff in Maranatha Christian University. The requirements needed for a service is by making a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to make a service that has standart, purpose, and procedure.By measuring and monitoring services at DLTI, it will improve service quality and performance efficiency. The measurement upon the running service will be done periodically. The well-run service in accordance with SLA, will be developed to maximize it.
