Abstract

A Company need a program. The company is a steel company who the activity is make transactions of item that made of steel. In the process after transactions with buyer, company will make that item before the item deliver to buyer. In that process of make the item need a application to know the item has been completed, the item still process of making. Or the item has been delivered. The application will be given to buyer to tracking the item that they bought. The application that will made will be designed first. The design of application wil be given to programmer to make them easily to make the application. The design of application must meet user needs. Because of that, The design of application will be made with design thinking metode. This metode is the motode that focus to user needs. This metode includes, emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, test. Emphatize for know what user needs with interview. Define for make definition what user needs with create pain point and how might we. Ideate for make solution for meet what user needs and make classification and prioritization for that solution. Prototype for make design with userflow, an wireframes. Last is do a test for design whether it is in accordance with the user needs.
