Pembuatan Konten Instagram Melalui Social Media and Marketing Intern Di PT. Cipta Sukses Tehnik

Abstract

The Certified Independent Study and Internship Program is one of the programs from the Merdeka Campus issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia which is carried out to help prospective fresh graduates gain experience and learn about the world of work through activities outside of lectures. PT. Cipta Sukses Tehnik is one of the companies engaged in the technical field that participates in this internship program and is expanding its market reach through social media and online transactions. In this internship, learning related to Instagram content creation is carried out by utilizing social media marketing and analytics provided by Instagram social media called Insights as well as posting, telling stories, and responding to posts on the @iwttools Instagram account so that they can be monitored in the analysis carried out. The result of this internship program has been achieved with a campaign implemented through social media marketing, namely by increasing the number of followers from 2,350 to 2,455 as well as increasing responses from each post and story of the Indonesian people, most of whom generally come from the city of Jakarta. In addition, the results of this program are converted into 20 (twenty) credits of courses, one of which is a Final Project course.
