Implementasi ISO 9001:2015 Periode 2018 di Direktorat Layanan Teknologi Informasi

Abstract

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for a company/organization in providing both products and services (Quality Management System), ISO 9001:2015 serves to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Management System in organization/company. In order to obtain ISO 9001:2015 international standard verification, every organization/company is expected to conduct an assessment in the Quality Management System every year. The Directorate of Information Technology Services is responsible to advance Maranatha Christian University by providing services related to Information Technology, in infrastructure, related Resources, processes, improving performance, and others. In order to be verified by ISO 9001:2015 the Information Technology Services Directorate conducts internal audits which will be investigated annually.
