Pengembangan Customer Relationship Management System Pada Palangkaraya Petshop

Abstract

Petshop is a business shop that sells various types of pets and provides pet supplies, and pet grooming services. The problem that exists in this pet shop is regarding the product marketing system because it still uses ineffective methods such as managing product data, transactions, and interacting between sellers and buyers. The implementation of these interactions is carried out using the customer relationship management method. Customer relationship management is one way to make it easier for sellers to retain these customers. In addition, sellers can manage data obtained from interactions or relationships with these customers. The data that has been obtained from marketing and customers will increase and will increase in number over time. From these problems, an application is needed to facilitate operations in carrying out product marketing that can improve processes that are more optimal, effective, and efficient. The purpose of making this application is not only to make it easier to do product marketing but also to make it easier for sellers to recap data or archive data in making reports.
