Abstract

Information technology services (IT) is an important requirement for every organization, as University X has IT services in the academic field, which is the application of an integrated academic system (SAT) that can be accessed and is highly needed for all University X students. Continued to the satisfaction of students in measuring the SAT application services provided, is it in accordance with what is desired by every University X student by using Information Technology Services (ITSM) management and COBIT 5.0 DSS01.
