Penggabungan Klausul dari Framework ISO/IEC 20000 dan COBIT 5.0 DSS06 dalam Analisis Layanan Teknologi Informasi di Universitas X

Abstract

Nowadays, information technology services in education purpose can makes important role in a few aspect. Information technology services in X University (SAT Aplication) is important to support education. Then for the ensure the IT services, the IT support need to be asses for ensure that service is what the user needs. ISO/IEC 20000 and COBIT 5.0 DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support) for assesment in this paper. Clause from ISO/IEC 20000 and COBIT 5.0 will be combine and choose from the suits for the survey.  Likert scale uses in this survey for respondent will choose what they feel about the question. Target survey is a students in University X who always using the SAT Application. Survey will lead the analysis to asses the IT services and give an recomendation for the application in the future.
