Abstract
Quality of service is one important aspect that is very influential in the field that provides intangible services or commonly called services. The quality of service also determines whether the service provided by each staff in a field is good or not. If the quality of service provided is good, it will be formed good customer satisfaction as well. Good customer satisfaction can have a positive effect on the company/field that provides the service. Therefore, the quality of service is very influential in customer satisfaction. This journal is about the analysis of the student satisfaction level of service with the case study of university X. This analysis was conducted to know how much the student satisfaction level of the financial field in this university X.
