Integrasi Real-Time Network Monitoring Tools pada Perangkat Switch Cisco

Abstract

Computer network management needs become an important thing in order to operate optimally. Directorate of Information of Infrastructure Management Division of Maranatha Christian University is a division that handles network problems both Internet and local networks in the area of Maranatha Christian University. Network Traffic Monitoring is one of the most commonly used network management efforts. Prior to this final assignment, the Directorate of Information used Cacti's monitoring tool as a tool for monitoring the device. Cacti is only used to monitor but the displayed information is sometimes not the latest, the data presented is not in accordance with the current conditions, and requires the administrator to check directly into the field. This final task will design and implement a Network monitoring system which is an integration between network monitoring, network mapping, and early warning system with Telegram Media alerts applied at-NMS Zabbix. The system that will be created can be used as a tool to simplify network management for network administrators here is the division of Infrastructure Management.
