ANALISIS SURVEY KEPUASAN MAHASISWA TERHADAP PERPUSTAKAAN X DENGAN PENGGUNAAN METODE TRIZ

Abstract

The library is a place where students get books to read, look for assignments, find references, and so on. Now, students have switched to electronic media that are easy to find by students and make the library empty of visitors. Then a survey was made for students about the library. This survey is associated with ISO 11620: 2008 so that the survey knows the performance of the library. Then the survey was obtained using the servqual method to determine the results of the gap value. After that, to find out which solutions should be improved by using the TRIZ method. The results will be known from the TRIZ method.
